The sun shone for the completion of the shelter in Caldecott outdoor learning area on Saturday. Tremendous work was put in on two Saturdays by Alex, Bob, James and Jason, made easier by a continuous supply of tea and cake from Carbon Cutters Anthea and Fiona.
The fruit trees and hedging are bursting into leaf and the willow spiral will soon be green. Only one of the oak trees seems to have failed in the harsh winter.
