AGM Weds 15th July 2020 

Dear Carbon Cutters,

This is to let you know that our AGM will be held on Zoom this year. We apologise for the short notice – we were hoping that it might be possible to meet in the flesh but decided this week that pandemic restrictions still make this unwise.
The AGM will be held on Zoom at 7.30pm on Weds 15th July.

3. To receive the Treasurer’s report and Accounts for the period 1st April 2019 – 31st March 2020
 
4. Appointment of Officers.
Current officers serving are:
Chair: Caroline Townsend.   Secretary: Sally Reynolds.     Treasurer: Sam Bradley
 
5. Core Group membership.
Current Core Group members are: Anne Smart, Caroline Townsend, Cliff Marshall, Clive Elsmore, Fiona Habermehl, John Killick, Linda Coker, Lucille Savin, Richard Riggs, Sally Reynolds, Sam Bradley, Sam Bowring, Susie Howard.
New members may be co-opted onto the Core Group by the group.
 
6. Review of the year ending June 2020 presented by Caroline Townsend.
 
7. Introduction of group co-ordinators for current subgroups, (Abingdon Cuts Plastic; Bee Beds; Cycling & walking, Edible Abingdon; Food Group; Repair Café; Tree Planting) and discussion of possible new activities in 2020/21, with offers of help.
 
8. Date of next Core Group Meeting
