On 8th July 2023, the Edible Abingdon boxes that have been on the South side of Old Station House since 2016 had to be moved to a new location in Old Station Yard, next to the walk through from Waitrose to the town centre, at OSH management’s request.
A call went out to our loyal volunteers, and an incredible army of 17 volunteers managed the move in just 1.5 hours! The activities manager at OSH, Jeff, is very pleased as the new site has level access so that some of the residents will be able to help in the garden. He has made two beautiful raised beds they can work on.
