Stonehill Community Gardens will be open all day for an apple-picking/pressing event on Wednesday 13th September, 10-4

Come and help pick the apples in Anthea’s orchard and press them into juice, or bring your own apples and screw-top bottles and make juice!

All surplus juice will be sold in aid of Stonehill Community Gardens, a not-for-profit group with pending charity status.

If you bring your own apples we will take a tax of 1 bottle in 10, or charge 20p per bottle you take away. Donated apples gratefully received, as is help on the day. Bring a picnic and make a day of it, or just come for a spare hour. Compost toilet on site.

Entrance is via the gate on the left down Stonehill Lane beyond the drive, and there is ample parking.

See you there!
