We are delighted to be able to offer another one-day course in the beautiful surroundings of Stonehill Barn  and Gardens, just outside Abingdon, on Saturday 2nd September from 10am till 4pm. Because it is our own course, and Anthea is kindly giving the venue, we are keeping the cost down to £10 a head,  a real bargain! We had great feedback from the Intro to Permaculture course earlier this year run by the same teacher, Rachel of Incredible Edible Oxford. Those who came said what fun it was and what a good teacher Rachel is.

In this day workshop you will discuss and learn the basics of food forests:

 What are food forests and why are they useful?
 Learn key species for each layer
 Assess examples of forest garden design
 Begin thinking about creating your own!

You will need to wear clothes suitable for all weathers and for outdoors, and bring a packed lunch.

Please print out a poster here: Forest Garden Design workshop 2 Sept 2017 and pass on the info to anyone who might enjoy a day in the lovely Community Gardens at Stonehill. Why not bring a friend?
